T9
August 27th, 2007I have somehow managed to disable the T9 predictive text feature on my Sony Ericsson K810i. If I understand the user manual correctly I am supposed to hold down the * key to reactivate it, unfortunately this does nothing. Anyone know how to re-enable it?

Write a new message then hold down * - if that doesn’t work, create a blank message, click more, click writing options, then click “dictionary (t9)”

Turns out the problem was that the language wasn’t “English” but “Standard abc”. “Standard abc” doesn’t support T9.
