Customer Satisfaction - Digg
Thursday, May 3rd, 2007An interesting Customer Service blog called Demand Satisfaction! talks about how Digg could have avoided its “21st Century revolt”. The post is pertinent to all organisations that depend on user contributions.
Beware of business decisions that masquerade as legal issues. You’ll be tempted to defer to your lawyer’s advice. And it’s a good bet your lawyer’s instincts will be wrong when it comes to fostering open, two-way dialog with your customers. It’s more likely they’ll enmesh you in a battle of wills with the very people you depend on to grow your business.
Synergy
Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007synergy: [noun] a mutually advantageous conjunction of distinct elements
Synergy lets you easily share a single mouse and keyboard between multiple computers with different operating systems, each with its own display, without special hardware. It’s intended for users with multiple computers on their desk since each system uses its own monitor(s).
Redirecting the mouse and keyboard is as simple as moving the mouse off the edge of your screen.
Synergy also merges system clipboards, screen savers and screen locking. It works on Windows, Mac and Linux. Check it out.

The tower looked like it was being hosed with giant sprays of water or was somehow being squirted with jets of pale gas.
…It is Europe’s first commercially operating power station using the Sun’s energy this way and at the moment its operator, Solucar, proudly claims that it generates 11 MW of electricity without emitting a single puff of greenhouse gas.
